Yes, we are delighted to meet all your special request and customised jewelry wishes. All special and customised orders are final sale and no returns are accepted. 

Can I cancel my order?

How much does shipping cost? 

All shipping is complementary and is tracked and insured.

How long does shipping take ?

Delivery in Ireland takes approx. 1 to 3 days 

Delivery in the UK and Europe takes approx.  4 to 5 days 

All other locations take approx.  8 to 10 working days 

  

Can I track my order status? 

Once your CuanOr jewelry leaves our premises with the courier you will receive a tracking number and can track online the status of your order.

What happens if the delivery of my order is not successful at the first attempt? 

AllCuanOrjewelry deliveries must be signed for. If for any reason the delivery of the order should not be successful to the first attempt, the courier will automatically carry out 2 other delivery attempts in the following 2 working days. To agree on a specific day of delivery, we invite you to contact the courier customer service by providing your details and details of the shipment. The delivery information is available in the email that we sent you to confirm the shipment of your order.
